Fall of Eve, an original painting by Miles Davis, is a modern interpretation of The Fall from Genesis, chapters 1-3, in which the serpent convinces Eve to eat the golden apple from the tree of knowledge of good and evil in the Garden of Eden. This original painting is unique in its surreal symbolism and vibrant background, contrasting the black and white figures of Eve in her states before and after the temptation.
