Miles Davis Honored with Best of Cobb 2022 Award

Miles Davis Wins Best of Cobb 2022 Visual Artist | Massive Burn Studios

Miles Davis is pleased to announce his 3rd place award in the Visual Artist category in the 2022 Best of Cobb awards presented by Cobb Life Magazine and the Marietta Daily Journal.

A longtime resident of Mableton, Miles is no stranger to the Cobb County art scene. Along with teaching art and illustration to children through the Mable House Arts Center and holding private art lessons, he is also active member and Director at Large of the South Cobb Arts Alliance, helping with onsite events and acting as ambassador for the non-profit organization. In addition, Miles’s paintings have been on display at Lucky Draw Tattoo and Art Gallery on Marietta Square since 2017, and he as has previously shown at the Gallery at Powder Springs, Rooted Trading Co in Powder Springs, Metro Montage at Marietta Cobb Museum of Art, and in the 2020 M2R Trailfest Fence Gallery organized by the Marietta Arts Council.

Most notably, Miles will be holding his debut solo museum exhibition Vibrant Shadows at the Marietta Cobb Museum of Art with opening reception scheduled for April 9, 2022 from 6 pm to 8 pm. The exhibition will run from April 9 through June 19 with a separate artist talk to be held Sunday, May 22. Learn more about this exhibition here.
