31 May Miles Davis Named Best Visual Artist in 2026 Best of Cobb Awards

Massive Burn Studios is proud for Miles Davis to be honored as Best Visual Artist in the 2026 Best of Cobb Awards. Presented by Cobb Life Magazine and Marietta Daily Journal, the Best of Cobb Awards honor the small businesses and people that help Cobb County thrive through public nomination and voting. This is the fifth consecutive year Miles has placed in the awards and the first year he has secured the first place winner award.
Miles is a proud resident and member of the Cobb County community. Since 2013, Miles has called Cobb County, Georgia home, with a variety of roles within the community such as Art Instructor at Mable House Arts Center, serving as Director at Large for the South Cobb Arts Alliance, and volunteering for local arts organizations like the Marietta Arts Council for the M2R Trail Fest and the annual Chalktoberfest in Marietta Square. Along with his volunteer and teaching positions, Miles has also contributed through display of his work in mural and public art displays in Marietta and Powder Springs, as well as exhibitions throughout all of Cobb County including South Cobb Regional Library with his 1000 Words permanent display and with solo or dual exhibitions at Marietta Cobb Museum of Art, Mable House Arts Center, Avenue West Cobb, and Gallery at Powder Springs among them.
Miles is excited for what is to come for his art career both within Cobb County and in the larger area. The community can look forward to seeing his original paintings on display during the Metro Montage XXVI at Marietta Cobb Museum of Art as well as his solo display of original paintings at the Smyrna Public Library throughout July and August.
